I discovered that Ugandan barbers keep cutting shorter & shorter until you tell them to stop. I only realised after we had gone past a vaugely normal length, through the Michael Jackson 70's wedge stage & reached the uncharted territory of sub-1cm. I got used to it after a couple of days & am pleased to report that it's growing.
