We went to the Northern Region of Uganda around a week ago to check out the situation. Maxwel is one of the children that we met - he was being cared for but slept on a dirt floor with around 20 other children his age & wasn't getting enough food. We have since gone back to collect him and he is now living at the childrens centre.
